The Film Industry Days will be held from Sunday July 1 till Wednesday July 4 and will include traditional, as well as new, industry presentations which aim to keep you up to date with curated film projects in various stages from Central, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and newly the Middle East:
- WORKS IN PROGRESS – presentation of projects in post-production from Central, Eastern Europe, post-Soviet territories, Turkey and Greece and the Middle East
- DOCS IN PROGRESS – presentation of documentary projects from Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the former Soviet Union and the Middle East
- WORKS IN DEVELOPMENT – FEATURE LAUNCH – presentation of 9 projects in development from the region of Central and Eastern Europe
- EURIMAGE LAB PROJECT AWARD – boutique presentation of projects made outside the standard rules of film-making
- How to bring generation Z to appreciate European film - with Lux Prize and Creative Europe
- Artisans in Focus – selection of talents in below-the-line film positions
- Future Frames – showcasing 10 European outstanding young filmmakers – with European Film Promotion
- Master classes and case studies
53rd Karlovy Vary IFF will host a workshop on script analysis with Europa Distribution and an alumni meeting of Torino Film Lab. Join the pool of hundreds of film professionals in a beautiful spa town and in our film industry center – Film Industry Pool - which we are opening in partnership with Czech Film Fund.
